Somewhere between a friendship neither of us meant to fall into and a love neither of us saw coming, this happened. You're here because you're part of it — a chapter we couldn't have written without you.

Our Story

It started in London, and then it refused to stay there.

It started in London in 2018, during an internship at an investment bank. Somewhere in between the long hours, we became friends — fast, and a little unlikely. Within weeks we were calling each other London Besties, half joke, half prophecy, and it stuck. People assumed we were dating. We weren't — not yet, anyway.

The friendship outlasted the internship. Different cities, different jobs and we just kept showing up for each other. During Covid, that meant games nights I ran for a wider group of friends — and Timi was always there, logging on like it was the most normal thing in the world. One Valentine's Day, we exchanged gifts, still just friends, or so we told anyone who asked, including ourselves.

Three years after it all began, that stopped being enough of an explanation. We finally saw what everyone else already had.
